Desired Policies

 Dated:

(1.)    Believes in: More Police on the Beat, Suburbs, Trouble spots.

(2.)  Public Service to employ contract Labor during economic depressions only for major Capital Works..

(3.)  Persons that commit home invasion. (Compulsory imprisonment)

(4.) Persons that commit domestic violence (3 Strikes and Compulsory imprisonment),

(5.) Persons that commit death by dangerous driving  on more than one occasion, caused by

        similar identical reasons (i.e.. under the influence of drugs x 3,  driving without a license x 3) , shall be 3 Strikes and Compulsory imprisonment),

(6.) Persons that are found guilty of drink Driving and over twice the legal limit:

(7.) Persons that are found guilty of speed driving over twice the legal limit within 12 months:

          (3 Strikes and Compulsory imprisonment),

(8.)  All suburban roads shall have paint markings to indicate speed zones.

(9)    All Public Hospitals shall be transferred to the federal government because

        the Federal Government has the financial control of Medicare,

(10.)  No further Public school land to be sold but kept for play grounds and adult social exercises.

(11.)  I oppose the abolition of the State Upper House.

(12.)  I am not a one issue person.

I have many other issues that I want to have input like:

(a)             Bush fire prevention because of my farming back ground.

(b)             Education syllabus,

(c)             Children Social Services,

(d)             The Mental Institutions

(e)             Politician’s pays are too much. Should be reduced by at least 25 percent.

(f)                Electoral voting procedures.

Joseph Peter Rossi, wants to accomplish for the people of South Australia.

(1)   Control of Poker machine Gambling.

(2)   All children under the age of 8 years to be placed in the full time care of the least violent partner .(The Courts to assess who)

(3)   All children over the age of 9 years to be able to know of and have excess to the violent parent if they wish to.

        Then under at least 12 months supervised access.

        The child to decide the frequency and duration if any after the age of 10 years.

(4)   That no lawyer be able to talk directly to the Family Law Magistrates or Judges during child custardy negotiations.

        It is the parent not the lawyers that the court should be interested in.

(5)   That the politicians should get a pay cut and be required to independently say on election ballot papers what wage they will

        work for till the next election.

(6)    That travel allowance be paid direct to the service provider and not to the politician to use as he/she sees fit.( or pocket it for her/him self.)

(7)    That Government Ministers be elected and be from the Upper House chamber.

        The number of members for the electors to vote for the Upper House should be,

        twice the Number of Ministers required  less one. The Party with the most elected members sets the government agenda.

        The person with the most votes of the party becomes the Leader.

        The Ministers get all the media publicity between elections.

        The members in the Lower House should get all the publicity during the elections.

(8)    The electors to vote as is at present for the Lower House (people house, House of Assembly).

        The lower house can veto the decisions of the Upper House on any Law or monetary taxation or Bill.

        In this way there would be no bullying from Ministers to fellow party members as it is so abused.

        Also the Party Leader having been selected by the people can not be again threatened or Midnight clandestine overthrown.

        The members in the Lower House should get all the publicity during the elections.

(9)    There should be a Bill or Rights in all state and Federal Constitutions.

(10)    That no political Leader or Government shall have the right to sell State or Country assets.

         The assets of the country belongs to the people and the Government   

         Leaders are there only to manage. Government leaders can not have more authority than the owners themselves.

        Referendum should be used more often.

(11)   That no lawyer be able to talk directly to the Family Law Magistrates or Judges during child custardy negotiations.

        It is the parent not the lawyers that the court should be interested in.

(12)   That the politicians should serve in Parliament for no more than 2 consecutive terms. They must miss one term before being

        allowed to stand again.

            Very similar to the USA President Term of Office.

        Power corrupts and absolute power , absolutely corrupts.

        ( I allege that Present political Party leaders do not hesitate to black mail the opponent)

(13)   Place all Government Departments be more easily accessible to the public.

(14)   Better management of all major Metropolitan roads.

(15)     Make Court Judges and Magistrates more accountable. ( be on 10 year contracts)
