Mr. Foley the best SA State Treasurer. Mr. No Fix It

Forgotten some thing Treasurer Foley?

When you were the Premier's advisor in reforming and renaming the electoral seats and redistribution boundary. Foley mad the names irreverent to the recognized suburbs the seats referred.. The boundaries change like a snake all over the place every 4 years, at least 20 percent of the areas are excluded and new areas are included..

When Foley was the member for Port Adelaide, the Semaphore jetty was damaged by sea storms and now some 6 years latter, on the repairs to the jetty is still not completed.

Is that how quickly our Treasurer Mr. Foley fixes things.?

The State hospitals need fixing, the mental health needs fixing or is Mr. Foley still suffering from depression that he wants us to suffer the same fait "depression" over things that are not fixed while the Treasurer chases new ventures to place his name and that of Rann on the front entrance opening placards. Fix the old Mr. Foley before you chase new problems to give the voters to fix latter long after you leave..

We the voters know your name way back to when you gave failed advice to the Semaphore Retirement Hospital before you entered politics.

I totally agree with Prime Minister Rudd solution about School bullying in schools.

As a child attending Findon High school there was bullying in the 1960's

The bullying stopped when my parents watched and identified the bullies and reported them to the police.

As a father there was bullying at Seaton Primary school during 1980's.

I approached the school teachers who listened and did nothing.

I too then began to observed and followed the bully children to their home after school.

Many parents of bully children were not home immediately after school hours because they were working.

When I confronted the children calmly they were shocked to see me and begged me not to say anything to their parents. They promised not to interfere with my children again. The bully child were true to their word and stopped immediately.

On attending a business forum a few weeks ago a police Detective Sergeant addressed the forum. I knew him well some 15 years prior. I was disturbed to hear that a fellow police officer who also I new, had died young through alcohol abuse over 7 years which the police officer took up the bad habit immediately after and due to his son having committed suicide because of school bullying.

I was disturbed because I as a un-educated with no law authority behind me was able to curb bullying towards my children. Yet a police officer with all his contacts did not seem to curtail such behaviour to protect his child.

I am sure the school teachers do not want to get involved with personal issues for which they do not get paid or protected by the Education department, for the exact same reasons the police do not wish to get involved with domestic violence.

As a doctor said to me once. The best doctor is ones self. If one feels pain, or after eating or drinking something it does not agree with the body then avoid it to fix the problem do not waste time and money coming to me..

If the educations system does not work to protect children because of government education policy made by so called experts, then parents must get involved. The politicians protect themselves within cowards castle (Parliament and Honour amongst thieves) and have police protection 24,7.

The Magistrates and Judges likewise have police protection 24,7.and hide behind the so called independence legal system.

You the readers have no protection from the said Magistrates, Judges and father figure politicians.

We the concerned parents have to resort to use what we got as best as we can.

Do not listen to experts who like economists each have different view as there are experts and those experts are the worst to practice what they preach.

Rann and the Tram Line.

On a trip to the inner city of Melbourne there is little concrete steps either side of their trams. Cars can do U turns and passengers with walking sticks or frames can embark or disembark the trams without fear of stumbling off curbs.

Mr. Rann in Adelaide has these 150 to 170mm concrete steps all along the tram tracks. The cost of the concrete alone would be as must as the steel lines themselves.

The car negotiating the roads are just as restricted by the concrete as the tram is by the steel tracks.

Mr. Rann (Like the commercial of Fish John West Rejects) since he came to Australia from Ireland, then New Zealand where he was rejected, has had a vision of improving visual pollution of Electricity poles by installing under ground power lines.

Mr. Rann has had a vision of improving visual pollution of rectangular dangerous to car scrunching light poles with round goose neck collapsible Electricity poles.

Yet before Rann hopefully leaves office in March 2010 election has implemented black cemetery cross tram line poles all along North Terrace and Port Road Thebarton. What an eye sore.

Why the trams did not use the electricity poles already along the road for an additional tram power supply is beyond me.

Most of the roads where tram lines run are no parking. the trams should have been put on the sides of existing roads next to the footpaths. It would have been safer of passengers to alight without crossing car traffic.

The room required either side of proposed track would not be required, the extra concrete would not be required and car traffic would not be restricted as much.

Wake up Rann. If your tram idea is going to be implemented through out the Adelaide suburbs there will definitely be Visual pollution.

When I was a member of Parliament 1993 and Foxtell was installing lines of television many voters were complaining about that visual impact which was minuscule to what you are doing.

Premier Rann says he is tough at Crime. More voters than ever are in fear getting bashed up in the Adelaide City centre, not to mention suburban trains and bus terminals.

Premier Rann says he is tough at Truth in sentencing. More than ever the Judges and Magistrates give lenient punishment to repeat offenders.

Premier Rann says he is tough on Hoon Drivers. When I was 16 there was fear of particular magistrates at Elizabeth and Port Adelaide courts who gave sever fines and punishment for bad drivers. In those days there was no school sex education, no other school curriculum other than Physics. English and Maths. So if Rann education policies in schools does not teach car driving, marriage responsibilities, Maths or English. What policies has Rann got for schools? What do schools teach these days. ideal hands , ideal minds. Ideal minds leads to criminal minds. Mr. Rann.

Bully bashing is more prevalent under Rann leadership in school yard across all suburbs of Adelaide. No longer prevalent only in low socio economic suburbs like before you came to Australia.

Premier Rann says he is experience to lead the state on education, health, caring for the disabled and the elderly. Mr. Rann are these group under your leadership will become the next forgotten generation?

Federal Government Take over of State public Hospitals.

The fears Champaign by the State Premiers and the Liberal Opposition that here will be more taxes to cover the costs are irresponsible and un- founded.

A five minute delay to hospital and delay in doctor diagnoses is the difference between life and death. The Rann Labor party is more interested to spend money to saving drivers five minutes along the one way Southern express way than to have more doctors at the Metropolitan Public hospitals.

It is irresponsible and preposterous of the Liberal Opposition Abbot to say about increase in taxes to meet higher medical cost because the rise in medical cost will be constant and to cover costs the State Government would have to raise state taxes any way. I would rather pay more income tax to the Federal government than pay Land Tax to the State which is not based on income profit, not based on user pays, but straight out tax on savings made and held. (Abolish land tax Honourable Premiers) When voters have only ten dollars in their pocket and to keep their health they have to depart with all of it. Who cares who gets the ten dollars provided good service is received to keep one's life?

Fear of death has no minimum costs. Ask a person who has had a heart attack or cancer. I have had a heart attack. When I was healthy I did not believe the sick. When I had health I loved money more. I am sure Packer was like wise until he suffered and began donating money to Ambulances services. Wake up Premiers; wake up Opposition to every thing Abbott.

The Federal Government has control over Medicare rebates, the University Doctor Training Quota per year. The Federal Government has control of over seas immigration of the number of doctors, and the like that come to Australia. So why not get full control of hospitals, doctor disciplinary tribunals. I totally support one stop blame shop with One Minister.

I see state Premiers now as glorified City Council Mayors. As a matter of fact it would be good to get rid of Councils and have one control for trivial state issues and being the state government.

We must have one education system, one driver’s licenses credentials, one family domestic violence, one system rubbish recycling policy. Having one hospital system is no different unless the state premiers find money by digging their own back yard instead of the same state and same federal taxpayers.

Come on Prime Minister Rudd I support you 100 percent on the hospital issue.

It seems to me Journalists, some radio announcers and most Australian politicians do not care

who owns Australian land and they do not care what other nations culture we adapt.

Most Journalists have a fascination against Pauline Hanson. Pauline was uneducated fish & Chip shop owner . Pauline did not have several $120,000 dollar spin doctors and 20 years experience like Mike Rann. Or John Howard. It is Michael Atkinson who believes in 1930 government control of the media. Not Pauline Hanson. It is Michael Atkinson who has implemented 1930 government association control of the people .Not Pauline Hanson.

One may recall or investigate Australian Politicians innovative minds. For example Keating thought of privatizing Government services. Mr Howard Liberal introduced action to do so. Pauline Hanson thought of stopping immigration. John Howard implemented her thoughts. Etcetera

So the leaders of the major political parties that hear an original idea and implements them without knowing the consequences. Not Pauline Hanson. Pauline Hanson went to jail on a technicality of the word membership. She did not intentionally kill any one. Did not throw children overboard. Nor Did she deceive the electorate.Mr Rann says he had a "flirty" friendship with former Parliament House barmaid and waitress Michelle Chantelio but denied ever having sex with the mother of two. In the 1960’s when there was no Sunday shop trading or work people had time to reminisce (reflect, think, assess issues mentally. Today with gadgets that work faster then the human brain, people like Journalists, and radio commentators have no such luxury to reflect and read between the lines of what politicians say. (Like driving a car at high speeds. So much of the view of the landscaped missed. Sudden change in road terrain cases crashes.) (No difference in mental speed. The World recession we had November 2008 to December 2009 would be a small comparison to man thinker faster than his body can react.

Rann and his Ministers do take us as mad as sheep and gullible. Persons that believe in Premier Rann must have empty vessels (between the ears) and only echo Rann propaganda.

Technicality all land developers do donate money to the 2 political party machines. SA Attorney General has threatened to sue for defamation because he has been alleged to be corrupt. See the attachment that Atkinson quotes.

He personally may not have received any money from the St Clair land swap site at Woodville Railway station. Technically his party has received donations from developers from time to time and in brown paper bags that may not be able to be traced..

Remember history repeats itself because persons like you are not aware of the past or forget the past.

City Charles Sturt March 2010 Issue 6 community news states the underhanded Rann Government changes to Council Voting has changed to take away voting by property rate payers. Quote " Who can Vote effective on 1 January 2010means that property owners/strata title members who were previously automatically on the council voters roll may have been removed--- and they will have to r-re-enrol"

I can understand for those people that live outside the council district but not those names where the home address and ratepayer street address is still within the council boundaries.

When I went to Italy (Rome) while on Parliamentary study tour, and I questioned the locals how regular yearly changes to government effected their efficiency in running their businesses. Quote they said " while the government fights amongst themselves, they leave us alone."

So Mr. Rann the Dictator. .I prefer you to flirt with women. That way you may leave us voters to practice democracy and run our own lives. Stay out of local government. Stay out of our faces.

On September 9th and November 23 rd. 2009, I sent email to two schools in Premier Rann's electorate for an interview. To date the Principals of these schools have not contacted me in any way.

The Adelaide Motorplex Group have not been allowed to have space at the Clipsal 500 and the South Australian Liberal Party is conducting a very tame election campaign.

The Attorney General has sent defamation threat letters to at least 4 electors in the Western suburbs, and the Messenger Press media is very quite on reporting local issues raised by local candidates and voters.

All this should mean to the readers that our freedom is slowly been eroded by the Rann Labor Government.

Cross the path of the Rann Labor ministers and you pay financially at first and latter tougher sanctions.

At other times on the media stories and perceptions portrayed by the Labor Party machine and spin doctor staff.

As regards the Saint Clair land swap and the Cheltenham redevelopment.
The government Labor Party did implement the 12 percent tax on subdivision some 30 years ago so as to buy back land for recreational purposes.
That the Labor Party government has continued to sell government land in the Charles Sturt Council district for Residential housing.
That the 12 percent recreational land has diminished not increased in the Charles Sturt Council district during the same time.

While the Local Representatives who are supposed to be independent thinkers for the electorate have bowed to bully boy tactics of the Labor government.

If councillors and Mayors do what the government tells you then we may as well not have these positions that are a cost the ratepayers We may as well abolish local government.

City Councillors in recent times have not looked after playgrounds, not looked after subdivision assessments.

City Councillors in recent times have not check foot path conditions or listened to rate payers.

Rubbish collection irresponsibility s now privatized so they do not have that task

Honourable Minister Atkinson mentions some overseas Cities? Frankfurt and the like?

One does not have to look overseas for what high density housing does for ghettos dwellings.

In the early 1980 there was some difficulty getting people to live in the Adelaide City square mile in the late 1980’s. Special incentives had to be given. Also the parking problems are witnessed close hand as no car spot were allocated in the original Adelaide City Square development of the 1800’s. Also an Italian word stretta (street ) means narrow) In Europe they used to use legs for walking and horses for long distances. So street only had to accommodate width of 2 horses not 2 cars 2 meter wide each.

The streets of Bowden and West Lakes are narrow. Not enough for two way traffic, let alone car parking on one side only.

In history train line were built for heavy frequent transfer of goods like coal, factory material and the like which horse trays could not compete efficiently.

People have human legs, horses, cars, motor bikes, and push bikes to travel to the nearest public transport be it buses, trains or trams.

Mr Atkinson is really putting the cart before the horse at St Clair.

If the light rail and tram project hinges only on some 200 houses along a railway at Woodville, then firstly it means the project is ill-conceived., costly and will not work. Secondly how long will it be before the trains will be withdrawn from service and only the trams take over?

Two parallel 15 minute frequency duplicated service can not be justified or patronized by the few western commuters.

It also means that Mr Wetherill mislead the electors at previous elections as he Weatheril set up, encouraged and supported the Cheltenham Race Course Action Group. Now he belittles them. What hypocrites are both Wetherill and Atkinson.

The labour Party selected councillors knew of the Cheltenham subdivision project before the last council elections and kept it secrete.

Along Railway corridors should be, Hospitals, Libraries, Sporting venues and Schools,

Transport corridors are supposed to get together as many suburbs as possible. It is supposed to get a congregation of people to a few locations in walking distance.

Yes I have always assessed how much it costs for contesting an election.

Yes I gave this information to the Liberal party when I contested the seat of Lee in 1993.

I have given the same information to Save Saint Clair and Free Australia and will give it to any one that asks.

I originally thought that I was not of the calibre to be a Member of Parliament

Until I was approached by ALP. MP. Kevin Hamilton in about 1979, for permission to have his election poster put on my front fence.

After 1 hour of debating issues I agreed for Kevin to place a poster on my property.

Over the following 12 months, I was associated with the Woodville Primary School Council in which various problems were discussed and MP. Kevin Hamilton name continuously came up.

I then became confident that I could be and was better than him as a Member of Parliament.

As you can see from my web sites, I have always been interested in honest representation of electors by politicians. See my own political party I set up in 1984. Australian Majority Wishes Political Party Inc. Dated 23/11/1984 of the then News Newspaper, Pages 72 to 74 inclusive.

I contested the Senate the following year and got no where.

I assessed the voting patterns and voter sentiments.

I was then opposed to domestic violence and child abuse. I unfortunately attached single mothers instead of defending abused children. Same effects but different direction of attack. I would not have been hammered (attacked) by you journalists.

During 2007 I came across a narcissist violent manipulative father. (See my web site about the Army protecting their own instead of protecting battered partners and small children.

Because of my attending the Adelaide Family Law Courts and witnessing them not taking care and due diligence to protect children under 6 years old.

My aggressiveness against domestic violence reignited to the present.

I set up the Self Represented Litigants Support Group SA Inc.
A 40441 effective from 13/11/2009.

The first inaugural meeting was held on 21/01/2010.

It was at this meeting that Mr. Paul Kuhn came with a friend and introduced himself. He also invited me to a Sunday BBQ.

I have always believed that one can not criticize an organization or person unless you give them a chance to prove themselves of their characters.

As Attorney General Michael Atkinson can verify, I have attended every political party in my area. I attended Labor party meeting at Croydon during 1970’s. Democrats during the 1980,s and liberal during the 1990,s not to mention attended the Pauline Hanson Meeting at Findon while I was a Liberal MP.

I like to assess things for myself to gain a true belief of good will, honesty, and aims of an organization and its members.

I also like to work out my chances of winning a dispute before I commit money, effort, and time.

Based on Trust of an organization.

Based on chances of winning and voter appreciation.

Based on crime prevention and safety of children being most important issues

I did not think and do not think that I could be a candidate for the Free Party.

I am!, truth be know, more aligned to Michael Atkinson political views. Just that I strongly disagree with the direction of implementation of the laws he is taking.

I have not made up my mind regarding contesting the SA election.

I am not sure I want to be in Parliament in the next few years as depression and economic upheaval is about to occur.
