A  well disciplined political party propaganda election is an environment for dictatorship.

A hung parliament is an environment to kill dictatorship mentality.

This 2010 Australian Federal Parliament election was disciplined.

Both Labor and Liberal ran a  well disciplined political party propaganda in the Australian Federal election of 2010.

The LEADERS Said nothing what they were to do for us.. Told nothing about the history of team players or the positions they would play. .(If there was a team)

The only thing the Leaders did was slag on each other. $14 million worth. (verbal bombs during the election, real bombs after.

(work choice by Liberals. Land Tax and wage hike by Labor.)

Why I did not intend to vote.

If the Electoral Commission intends to take me to court for not voting:

I intend to submit to the courts as my defense the following reasons::

With respect your honour I submit the following as my defence of the alleged breach of the said Electoral ACT.

I did not comply fully to the election process at the Federal election held on 21/08/2010 because:

,==========,==========,

Reference: Saturday 21/08/2010 Federal Election:

 1)   When you have a had a heart attack and are in emergency dept in a hospital you do not think of foreign boat arrivals. You are not interested in knowing the government has spent $14 million dollars in your tax money telling you nothing about what is being done to solve your problem

 2)   When you have a had a domestic violence in the family where the safety of small children under 6 are in danger from the violent parent you are not interested in the federal or state budget being too high when safety is the main issue effecting your own situation. You are not interested in knowing the government has spent $14 million dollars in your tax money telling you nothing about what is being done to solve your problem

3)   When you have a had a family member with a gambling problem that has spent all the family savings you are not interested in averment carbon tax but on minimizing gamboling venues and gambling hours available. You are not interested in knowing the government has spent $14 million dollars in your tax money telling you nothing about what is being done to solve your problem

4)   When you already know what the government has done negatively you do not need the opposition to tell you the same thing. You are not interested in knowing the government has spent $14 million dollars of your tax money telling you nothing about what is being done to solve your problem.

5)   You are interested only in what your local candidate is going to do for you to solve your problems. You do not need some one (some Leader) thousands of miles away how s/he is going to dictate your local candidate/ representative what to say or do..

 6)   If a politician is not obliged to keep his promises or political speeches to :

i.)          the political Party, the Organizational wing cannot dictate policy but consults with and advises the Parliamentary wing, particularly on the development of longer-term policies. The Organizational wing is based on the Party’s paid membership. As exactly Quoted from the Liberal Party web site

ii.)          The voter as per the TV, Radio and newspaper commercials.

iii.)          The Candidate's, politician higher god (supernatural)

Then what is the use for voting.

 7)   If the government political Party have candidates in the senate. One would expect the names, age, tertiary qualifications, gender, time spent living in the electorate area and marital status to be available for the voter to make an informed choice. Not one, (not even the names or higher achy of the candidates) of these information was issued to the voter on all the major political party "How to vote cards" The said candidates could very well be any one of

8)   If the law in which I am before you and you can not change but must follow is bound by the wordings within the 4 corners of the pages of the act. Then:

i.)          How come the politician can conduct themselves out side parliament as they can inside parliament?

ii.)          How come the politician can manipulate the law of the Australian constitution by including or excluding the meanings of words or intentions of the constitution?

iii.)          As a scenario, How come we have lawyers to defend clients to the best of their ability when in practice they do not even attempt or are obliged to do so?

iv.)          When I went to the polling booth again on Saturday to issue How to Vote Cards for an Independent Upper House Senate. I found that all AND I MEAN all major Party How to Vote pamphlets just 1 above the line and NO NAMES.

v.)          No where in the polling booths I visited (about 4) was there a display of how the voting preferences went below the line of the senate ticket.

vi.)          No, one helper,  at the gates of the polling booths issuing how to vote cards could tell me the names of the senate ticket team.

vii.)          I personally did not receive one political pamphlet showing me the senate political Party Ticket names and job resume of the candidates I was supposed to give my vote.

    9)                     Considering that when I started voting there was no computers,

i.)          Those political candidates came from the same neighborhood.

ii.)          Those political candidates did more door knocking.

iii.)          That all the names appeared on all major political Party

          Pamphlets.

iv.)          That political candidates and politicians were much, much

 More honest and with integrity.

v.)          That there were 3 independent newspapers in the state of

South Australia and many more in other states. (Now there is

          Only ONE)

vi.)          That there were at least 3 independent radio talk back stations.

Now there is 5AA in the true sense.)

There were privately funded political campaign funds. (Now there is public money).

In consider that the political system of democracy has deliberately and systematically been eroded by the major parties.

     10)                     There is no reason why the Candidates of the major party senate

                  team:

i.)          Could not speak independently for themselves on Radio or TV.

ii.)          Could not have photographs on the ballot papers.

iii.)          A little personal history about their back ground.

Considering that any one of them could be Government Leader in the Upper House. Or be the next High Court Judge.

Or being ridicules but possible a candidate with no name on the ballot paper could be a parrot who can speak or a monkey who can hold up his arm and hand when it comes to talking or voting in the Australian parliament chambers.

In conclusion, what is the use of voting? What is the use of using the words democracy?

By me taking the steps of being present in this court instead of paying a mere $20 fine is surely a participation in the voting process to bring about changes for the better.

By me taking the steps of being present in this court is similar to the start of the Labor party on the sheep shearer issues and the Erika stock aid.

In Europe where governments have been active for some 19 centuries. Where the people were well educated and much more politically active rose the legally elected Hitler then transformed dictator. Remember Australia is only some 200 years old and the electors act like sheep. Changes to the constitution have been made (softly) sutterly by Prime Minister Whitlam and Keating.

The only thing I have to say God save us and the Queen. What did Whitlam say about the Governor General Kerr might well happen to Australia?

11)   You sir, I am sure are only interested in what is happening in this court room first and foremost. You are not interested in what is happening next door. You either have or have not independent judgment. That is of foremost importance.

As is my importance in election and my freedom.

Your honor I should not be punished in action but supported for the sake of democracy.

 2)   Roman catholic Church Bible Quotes: (Code of Ethics)

The 10 Commandments - God's Revelation in the Old Testament
The 10 Commandments are found in the Bible's Old Testament at Exodus, Chapter 20. They were given directly by God to the people of Israel at Mount Sinai after He had delivered them from slavery in Egypt:

"And God spoke all these words, saying: 'I am the LORD your God

ONE: 'You shall have no other gods before Me.'

TWO: 'You shall not make for yourself a carved image--any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth.'

THREE: 'You shall not take the name of the LORD your God in vain.'

FOUR: 'Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy.'

FIVE: 'Honour your father and your mother.'

SIX: 'You shall not murder.'

SEVEN: 'You shall not commit adultery.'

EIGHT: 'You shall not steal.'

NINE: 'You shall not bear false witness against your neighbour.'

TEN: 'You shall not covet your neighbour’s house; you shall not covet your neighbour’s wife, nor his male servant, nor his female servant, nor his ox, nor his donkey, nor anything that is your neighbour’s'

The 10 Commandments - Christ's Summation in the New Testament
About 1,400 years later, the 10 Commandments were summed up in the New Testament at Matthew 22, when Jesus was confronted by the religious "experts" of the day:

                 (ix.)                    Authority to me.

3)   Labor Party  Code of Ethics (Bible):    (Quotes)

Headings are direct from Web Sites.

Labor Party does not have “We Believe.... “ on their web site. (This I take as that they do not have a code of Ethics)

Quote Who We Are

Party Members

As a grassroots community organization, Party members are the core of the Labor Party. Party members and local branches play a central role in innovative policy development and passionately working in the community to spread Labor values.

Quote State Branches

Just as Australia is a nation of federated states, Australian Labor is a Party of federated branches from every State and Territory. Each State branch provides organizational support for the local branches and electorate councils of that State working closely with the State Labor Parliamentary Groups.

 A better deal for workers

The trade union movement began in the Australian colonies in the 1860s to get a better deal for workers. But after repeated defeats by employers, colonial governments and courts, it became apparent that political power through direct, parliamentary representation was necessary to implement reforms.

Maritime and Shearers' Strikes

The turning point was the maritime and shearers' strikes in 1890. The harsh suppression of the strikes demonstrated the limitations of industrial action and the imperative of political representation. The first branch meeting of the ALP is said to have been held by striking shearers under the gum tree now known as the Tree of Knowledge in Barcaldine, Queensland, in 1891. In the same year, NSW Trades and Labor Council set up 45 Labor Electoral Leagues, the first being in Balmain. The emerging movement produced the ALP’s first Platform

Quote State Movements    1890: First Meeting Queensland ALF

Separate Labor parties had been established in the colonies during the 1890s. These parties were sponsored by the trade union movement to help get sympathetic politicians elected to colonial parliaments. They contested elections in New South Wales from 1891, in Queensland and South Australia from 1893, and later in the other colonies (States). In Western Australia, Tasmania and Victoria, however, there were no strong and coherent Labor parties until after federation.

In the 1890s, the parliaments of the colonies were dominated by free-traders and protectionists – they constituted the opposing forces at the polls and on the floor of the House. Until the Labor Party was in a position to form government, it therefore chose to adopt the strategy of providing support in return for concessions – perhaps in much the same way as third parties do today.

In a breakthrough in 1899, Anderson Dawson formed a minority Labor government in Queensland, the first in the world, which lasted one week before the non-Labor forces regrouped.

One plank of an early Labor Platform was achieved with the enactment of the 1893 Electoral Act in NSW which enshrined the principle of "one man, one vote". And it really was a reference to men only in NSW, although women got the vote South Australia in 1893, in Western Australia in 1899, and throughout Australia for federal elections in 1902.

 4)   Liberal Party  Code of Ethics (Bible):    (Quotes)

Quote Our History

In 1944, the Liberal Party of Australia was founded after a three-day meeting held in a small hall not far from Parliament House in Canberra. The meeting was called by the then Leader of the Opposition (United Australia Party) Robert Menzies. He had already served as Prime Minister of Australia, but he believed that the non-Labor parties should... read more

Quote Our Structure

The Organisational and Parliamentary wings of the Liberal Party each have clearly defined and separate roles. In the Liberal Party, the Organisational wing cannot dictate policy but consults with and advises the Parliamentary wing, particularly on the development of longer-term policies. The Organisational wing is based on the Party’s paid membership...

Quote We Believe... (This I take as the code of Ethics)

In short, we simply believe in individual freedom and free enterprise; and if you share this belief, then ours is the Party for you. (End of Quotes)

,==========,==========,==========,==========,==========,=========, End of Religious and political Ethics on code of conduct.

5)   Abuse of power by major Party .

Leaders in Power:

I do not believe there has been one political leader in history that has not obtained that position of public life and representative without first following the legal rules of the community.

However I also believe that once having obtained the position political leader, that position of public life and representative, s/he has then through manipulation, intimidation, and corruption has then remained in power as leader by changing the legal rules and community standards through propaganda.

Adolph Hitler and Mussolini just to mention 2 in resent times.

I believe that the complacency of the Australian people is a good environment for that to happen here in the not too distant future. Using the exact same method and procedures adopted elsewhere in Europe during the depressions of the 1910 and 1930’s.

Labor Prime Minister Gillard is not up to the job of Leading and Governing.

Quoting --GILLARD was quite as DEPUTY Prime Minister on

Mining Tax gouge., Read Liberal link., 19/08/10

A re-elected Labor Government will lead to more destruction for the mining industry now that the Gillard Government’s chief allies have revealed plans to slug the sector even further. Greens Leader Senator Bob Brown confirmed at the Press Club...

Labor Australia Prime Minister Gillard is not up to the job because :.

GILLARD as deputy Prime Minister did not respond to letters or Emails from constituents about Family Law Act and respond to protecting small children from violent parents. She could not cope with the work load then. How can she cope with a bigger load?

For any leader to continually down talk their party issues and continually spend some $14 million dollars in election TV commercials on negative issues of the opposition is playing childish, irresponsible and must not have any honest plans for the future.

It is bad enough for a person who believes in a higher power (gods) and still commits crime and immoral acts towards neighbours and lies. How much easier it is for a person who believes s/he has no one else in higher power to be accountable to be tempted to similar crimes?

I question how many dictators in history were either Christians who became atheists or were straight out atheists.

We have been told in recent times of the number of religious priests and religious school teachers that have been found out committing sexual acts with small alter boys, or students or have been found to be paedophiles.

I am not implying that present politicians are corrupt but the potential is higher.( Premier Mike Rann and Deputy Kevin Foley did allow misleading Family First "how to vote slips being issued at polling places in the South Australian election March 2010 knowing full well it was an immoral act if not illegal. Having no fear of punishment from higher up. (gods)

Liberal Federal Leader Abbott is also not the best for the job of Leading and Governing because he was arrogant as Minister of Health. He as a Christian abused in my opinion the ninth commandment against Pauline Hanson under freedom of speech and fabrication of evidence.

Sorry for Some repetition of the above items.

To: The Honorable Adelaide Court Magistrate,

With respect I submit the following as my defence of the alleged breach of the said ACT.

Following is a Copy of Actual vote I made at the Port Adelaide Electoral Office

Strike my name off the roll as attended the polling place.

This is my voting paper.

 ,==========,==========,==========,==========,==========,

To: Port Adelaide Federal Electoral Office,

Port Adelaide casting a Vote in the Federal Election Saturday 21st August 2010.

,==========,==========,==========,==========,==========,

 Dated: 17/08/2010.

This is my opinion of the candidates on the ballot papers.

Reference: Australian Government Lack of Democratic Process.

I hereby lodge a complaint and my voting intentions for the Federal Election Saturday 21st August 2010.

1)     I do not vote for either major party or any candidates because the electoral commission prevents me to lodge an informed and a valid communication of my opinion. It does not give me a square to put an option of recording an unhappy major party political conduct.

2)     Until such time as the name of the political Leaders appears directly on my voting paper, I can not call the Australian Federal system of Government election a democratic process. Neither of the Leaders can be held responsible for giving me a pledge. When the Leader of a political Party that makes promises with me can be changed by the party power brokers and not by me (us) as a voter then it can not be democratic Until such time as the name of the political Leader appears directly on my voting paper, I can not call the Australian Federal system of Government a democratic voting process.

3)     Neither of the major party candidates in my electorate is allowed to give a pledge to me on their personal views. Neither of the major party candidates in my electorate is allowed to campaign on TV, radio or local newspapers. Without the fear of being diss endorsed (crabbed off) the major party voting papers. Nor is it team play when only one person per political party (The Leaders) are in your face and all do not come from your state or local electorate.  (Neither leader Abbot or Gillard or Brown do not come from my state electorate or from my (ones) own state.

4)     I do not even have the right to select directly one Minister or shadow minister from my own state, by voting Number (!) for the individual candidate in the senate team of a political party. (The candidate gaining the most votes in the party team) or the house of Representative that can not be changed by the party Leader this is not democracy but hypocrisy.

5)     Neither the

i.)          Then Federal Liberal Treasurer Hon. Costello replies to my letters of concern regarding bouncing cheques. (did not reply)

ii.)          Nor the current government former Labor Deputy Prime Minister Hon. Gillard reply to my letters of concern regarding abused children.

iii.)          Nor did the local Labor member for Port Adelaide did not reply to constituents polite normal letters because the constituent is not his supporter.

 6)     The Australian Constitution did not allow for the senate candidates to form political parties to be sanctioned and told what to do and say inside or outside parliament.

That is not democracy or the people’s choice.

That is not one vote one value.

7)     That the most offensive voting process to me has been the present political parties has been that the election campaigns are funded by me and you the tax payer, (a certain amount per first preference vote received from each electorate district.)

Yet the election propaganda is made by just 3 political leaders who have had prior the issue of the election rites all the publicity in the media daily and at parliamentary question time. None of the past back bench politicians or new candidates have one hundredth of the same opportunity of communicating with their own electors.

8)      I am concerned with:

i.)          The Australian Liberal Leader is not and was not listed on my ballot voting paper.

ii.)          The Australian Labor Leader is not and was not listed on my ballot voting paper.

iii.)          The Australian Liberal Political Leader can be changed and has been changed in the recent past by faceless political financial supporters without my input and worse for that matter without the sanction of the SA state 250 Liberal Delegates. (Similarly with Prime minister Rudd and Gillian. Of the Labor Party.

iv.)          The Australian Liberal Political Leader and the Australian Labor political Leader have not been truthful with all the facts with the people and voters of this state and country during the 2010 Federal media publicity.

I refer to the openness and easy excess to the Australian Bureau of Censes and Statistic record keeping or any reference to such information. (Reference number of immigration growth compared to number of work jobs created. Just to mention 2 examples out of some minimum of 8.)

 9)     The two major political parties have changed the Australian Constitution by deception.

 In Conclusion:

1)     That the ballot voting paper does not allow for ticking a square for “”unhappy with major parties”” Informal vote is a wasted vote and tell nothing about deliberate intention.

2)     That taking ones name off the roll at the election booth as attending does not obtain comments from unhappy voters to give a message to Government Leaders of the dishonesty, corruption, manipulation, deviate election processes.

I feel uncomfortable participating in a voting process that gives credibility to the politicians who give the impression of conducting themselves similar to the High Priest who took no responsibility for the action as described in the Roman Catholic Bible who crucified the Lord Jesus.

Based on religious and political motives I request that my name be struck off the roll. I do not wish to be party to this process.

 Sincerely Yours

 Joe Rossi

Former SA Public Servant.

Former Member of SA Parliament for the seat of Lee.

Baptized Member of Roman Catholic Church.

Above boxed, was handed in to polling Booth head officer at about 10.00am Head officer took me into the Port Adelaide Electoral Officer and called the Returning Officer.

The Returning Officer recommended I follow the laid down voting procedures.

I said I have attended the polling place and indicated my vote according to my moral obligation and interpretation of the Australian Constitution.

 ,==========,==========,==========,==========,==========,=========,

 10)                     The Original Australian Constitution

(in my view the Constitution is the code of conduct expected from our Australian Political Leaders)

i.)          Did allow for electors (only land owners) to vote for independent Senators in state seats. (One vote one value).

ii.)          In the 1970’s it changed to all Australian citizens could vote and still one vote one value?

iii.)          Did allow for electors to vote for independent local member’s .seats.

iv.)          Did allow One vote one value

v.)          Did allow for independent candidates to fund their own election costs.

vi.)          Did allow for local voter to elect local members to run in local seats.

vii.)          Did allow for the state senators to represent the state interests above party interests.

viii.)          Did allow for one vote one value for state senators to represent the state interests above party interests.

ix.)          Did allow for one vote one value for state house of Representatives.

x.)          The Senate to be equivalent to the House of Lords. The King/Queens House. Not the Prime Ministers controlled chamber.

 11)                     The Australian Constitution did not intend to allow:

i.)          For the senate candidates to form political parties to be sanctioned and told what to do.

ii.)          For the House of Representatives candidates to form political parties to be sanctioned and told what to do.

iii.)          For the political parties to sanction and tell local newspapers and media what to say and who to support.

iv.)          Political parties to receive tax payers funds for campaign expenses.

 12)                     The Australian Constitution Did not allow and does not allow for

                                                            i.        The Australian Liberal Party to have some 250 delegates select all 12 candidates for the Senate and in a set order of preference as a choice to the voters to select from.

ii.      This gives the party delegates one vote for each senate candidate (12) in South Australia. That means 12 votes before election and one vote on Election Day.

A total of 13 votes effectively for 250 citizens out of the SA state population of some 1.5 million.

iii.      Similarly selection of Labor Political candidates applies to the Labor Party delegates.

Making a total of 26 votes effectively amongst 500 citizens from a state population of some 1.5 million.

iv.      The Australian Liberal Party to have some 250 delegates selects all 12 candidates for the House of Representatives and in a set order of preference as a choice to the voters to select from.

This gives the party delegates one vote for each senate candidate (12) in South Australia. That means 12 votes before election and one vote on Election Day.

Making a total of all of the above political 500 delegates each having a vote of 53 to 1 votes effectively from a state population of some 1.5 million.

                                                          v.      Prior to Systematic Party politics, local candidates were known of their history and accomplishments by the local voters. Today the candidates can come from different parts of Australia for a short period of time to contest seats not in their immediate state or council district, so as to have a gerrymander and conceal the facts from the voters about their honesty, marital status, and criminal back ground or otherwise their personal beliefs etcetera. They are directed what to say and when to say political propaganda.

vi.      Political Party delegates do select candidates not based on honesty but based on being a good subordinate.

vii.      Former Members of the Party and members of parliament have not been selected again by the party delegates for no other reason but loyalty. Even though the election results placed them 12 least swing from 39 candidate

viii.      .Former election candidate Members of the Party have been dis-indorsed by the party delegates not for not representing the people and voters but for no other reason but loyalty and keeping the mouth shut.

ix.      The Australian Constitution did not allow for the senate candidates to form political parties to be sanctioned and told what to do and say inside or outside parliament.

That is not democracy or the people’s choice.
That is not one vote one value
.

13)                     The Australian Political Party Candidates background.

i.)          Labor party Candidates did come from local industries worker shop floors.

ii.)          The Australian Liberal party Candidates did come from the local industries management and businesses.

iii.)          The then politicians ( 1870’s) had come from a country England that punished its citizens harshly for trivial crimes such as catching wild animals on private property for food for one’s self and family. (Ex convicts).

iv.)          The politicians (1950’s) had come from fighting governments that were under dictatorship, that punished its citizens harshly for trivial crimes such as expressing an opinion contradicting the Political Leader. (Were killed or jailed for life). The English and Australian political Leaders knew what democracy was about and supported the democratic system with their lives. ( ex War victims)

 14)                     From the 1980 to the present, political Leaders are people that have come from a country of plenty.

a)   Have Had free or subsidies university education,

b)  Do tolerate domestic violence and

c)   Do tolerate government control over its citizens.

d)  Do tolerate lack of general Lack of education and family discipline.

e)   Have had politicians like Premier Don Dunstan as a mentor who said ‘it is not the offence of doing a crime but an offence getting caught.”

f)     Have had politicians like Premier Don Dunstan say one can do what ever s/he likes provided it does not affect anyone else.

This was and is a complete contradiction of the law of physics, that every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. That the world is like a pond, every ripple reaches its banks. (Some one or something)

 I.      They have changed the Australian Constitution by deception.

II.      They have had fewer referenda than ever before to obtain citizens opinions.

III.      They have become more dishonest, more manipulative, use deception in election propaganda.

IV.      Most Labor politicians that say they are Atheists then give speeches that include a God.

                                                         V.      Most Labor politicians that say or are Catholics do not take the Oath of office.

VI.      Most Labor politicians that say public ally in election material that they are married and live within the family unit, in fact are separated.

VII.      Most politicians that say they believe in democracy and free speech, in fact practice “do what I say and do not do what I do”

 15)                     The Australian Media of News papers, radio and television.

Prior to the 1960’s

i.)          There were independent newspapers a minimum of 3 in South Australia. The advertiser, The news and the Messenger Press. Each was interested in political issues and variety of opinions. There were many more country newspapers. (one per Council district)

ii.)          Prior to the 1960’s there were independent radio stations, a minimum of 7 in South Australia. Each was interested in political issues and variety of opinions.

 After the 1980’s

i.)          There is only one newspaper in South Australia. The advertiser. The Messenger Press has become a subsidiary of the Advertiser. The Advertiser knows what feeds its bank account. That is the Government of the day and does not bite the hands that feed it.

Many more country newspapers have now been taken over by the Advertiser as part of the Messenger Press.

ii.)          Television stations have become part of the newspapers group of ownership through the Australian Stock Exchange and competition again has been compromised where by the proprietors and one and the same under different corporate names.

Reference: Australian Government Lack of Democratic Process.

 Dear Madam or Sir:

 1)     I will not be voting for this year's 2010 federal election because the electoral commission prevents me. I can only vote for number 1 on the senate state list and my local candidate

 2)     Neither of which are allowed to campaign nor give a pledge to me on TV or the local newspapers. This is not democracy. Nor is it team play when only one person per political party (The Leader) is in your face and all do not come from your state or local electorate.

 3)     I do not even have the right to select directly one Minister from my own state, be it in the senate or the house of Representative. This is not democracy but hyporacy.

 4)     Until such time as the name of the political Leaders appears directly on my voting paper, I can not call the Australian Federal system of Government election a democratic process.

 5)     When the person that makes promises with me can be changed by the party power brokers and not by me (us) as a voter then it can not be democratic.

 6)     Based on religious and political motives I request that my name be struck off the roll.

 Yours faithfully,

Joe Rossi

08 82847482 / 0403379500

A Senate candidate in the 2010 Federal election.

He is experienced in contesting many SA State and Federal elections.

<><>

Quote “I am running for the senate, to be honest with very little chance of success if the media remain silent on my candidacy, as most of us have come to expect.

I Hope you all know, I will continue to fight for my state and country, and I have grand plans for the next state election, but to have any hope, I do need to do well in this federal election, and if I were to at the very least secure 4% of the vote, I will be well funded to do so.

I have studied and fought for many in the community, from returned soldiers to the most vulnerable in our society like children in need, the disabled and victims of abuse.

Other issues I have either studied, written, spoken or held awareness rallies on include, water infrastructure, power generation, the environment, animal rights (Helen and I run our own Native Wildlife Sanctuary) Veteran and pension issues, employment and small business, law and order, Taxation, equal opportunity, social services, mental health funding, civil and human rights, Equity at law, the list is long and getting longer…..lol

I have endured a Pokie addiction, the dreaded family court self represented, supported friends in court fighting for a fair go, I have been the biggest fighter for electoral reform and democracy in general, including recently spending a few months in court regarding the conduct of the state election, uncovering tens of thousands of missing votes.

I have been involved with television exposes of water theft, employee benefits, and help as many as I can in need, including supporting children in need both here and overseas.

Ok the use of the letter I, has been somewhat excessive, but where else do I start, I have met with dozens of boards and employer organizations, to ensure I have the right knowledge and contacts to represent you in an informed and fair manner.

Please spread this email with one and all, I truly understand that I will not be preferred by every one who receives this, but unfortunately every voter who intends to vote is forced to preference me, so best they know who I am.

The job of ensuring an informed electorate goes to the polls, is not yours or mine, it should lay with the electoral commission and the media, and I will do my best to continue to lobby for such reform.

Please forward this email, let your friends know about me, making matters worse, my name will not appear next to the box above the line on the senate ballot paper, yes I know what a rot, but until we can change that, not only do you have to help the public know I exist, we have to educate them that a vote for me above the line is in Blank Box “B”.

All a bit too hard isn’t it, and it shouldn’t be this way, every elector deserves to know how to vote, who is running, and every candidate deserves equal rights, but while the major parties write the laws, we will have to endure structural biases.”

 End of Quote.

,==========,==========,==========,==========,

 18)                     In Democracy:

People that fight for and die for supporting democracy usually defend themselves against politicians who talk about democracy but actually practice tyranny.

People that fight to defend democracy usually believe and practice democracy by not believing in opponent’s views but give the opponent the right to express themselves.

In Democracy it is right to whom to vote for.

Not When and how to vote. (Mark the entire squares etcetera):

 1)    Conversely people that say they believe in democracy but practice censorship upon opponents, actually believe and practice tyranny and dictatorship. (My way or the highway.)

2)    In Democracy the leaders defend free speech and freedom of association. The Leaders usually believe and practice the 10 commandment of the Catholic Church which I find are universal in all religion. Especially,

                              i.)Thou shall not kill.

                           ii.)Thou shall not commit adultery,

iii.)Thou shall not bear false witness against thou neighbor.

 3)    The present major party political leaders do practice

Bear false witness against thou neighbor. (Towards each other on election campaigns.)

Bear false witness against their electorate voters.

 ,==========,==========,==========,==========,

 19)                     That the most offensive behavior to me has been the present political parties has been that the election campaigns are funded by me and you the tax payer, (a certain amount per first preference vote received from each electorate district.)

Yet the election propaganda is made by just 3 political leaders who have had prior the issue of the election rites all the publicity in the media daily and at parliamentary question time. None of the past back bench politicians or new candidates have one hundredth of the same opportunity of communicating with their own electors.

 ,==========,==========,==========,==========,

In Conclusion: (Repetitive of above points.)

I am concerned with:

1)    The Australian Liberal Leader is not and was not listed on my ballot voting paper.

2)    The Australian Labor Leader is not and was not listed on my ballot voting paper.

3)    The Australian Liberal Political Leader can be changed and has been changed in the recent past by faceless political financial supporters without my input and worse for that matter without the sanction of the SA state 250 Liberal Delegates. (similarly with Prime Minister Rudd and Gillian. Of the Labor Party.

4)    The Australian Liberal Political Leader and the Australian Labor political Leader have not been truthful with all the facts with the people and voters of this state and country during the 2010 Federal media publicity.

or quoted figures from the Australian Bureau of Senses and Statistic.

I refer to the openness and easy excess to the Australian Bureau of Senses and Statistic record keeping or any reference to such information. (Reference number of immigration growth compared to number of work jobs created. Just to mention 2 examples out of some minimum of 8.)

5)    That the ballot voting paper does not allow for ticking a square for “”unhappy with major parties”” Informal vote is a wasted vote and tell nothing about deliberate intention or valuations of candidates.

6)    That taking ones name off the roll at the election booth as attending does not comments from unhappy voters to give a message to Government Leaders of the dishonesty, corruption, manipulation, deviate election processes.

7)    Surviving in politics is based on how much dirt one has on opponents within the political party and outside the party.

It is not based on cleanliness or honesty.

8)    The Australian Liberal Political Leader and the Australian Labor political Leader have not been truthful with all the facts with the people and voters of this state and country

 ,==========,==========,==========,==========,

If the electoral Commission intends to take me to court for not voting I will seek from the Magistrate

That no fine be imposed on me as

i.) I did inform the electoral office of my voting.

ii.) My vote is not equal to those of the Political party delegates contrary to the Australian Constitution and or the SA State Constitution.

iii.) That through the court is the only way voters can give reasons and opinions about Political Leaders leading to dictatorship and corruption

iv.) I felt uncomfortable to vote as the politicians give the impression of conducting themselves similar to the High Priest described in the Roman Catholic Bible who crucified the Lord Jesus. For which I want no part.

People went to war in the 1910's and 1940's to fight for freedom of speech and association. Millions of lives were lost. Some were followers of Dictatorial Leaders others died as defenders of the suppressed. Democracy is just not nice word, politically correct term but a principle that all should uphold for and towards each other. If one agrees or disagrees with what is being said. Anything less is a fungus for quick deterioration of not only speech but behavior and racism.

My means of objecting to the Australian Federal Act and interpretation by irresponsible political Leader.

My public duty to fight for the remaining practising little democracy we have left.

There is a large different between the theory of democracy and the actual implementation and procedure of democracy.

Sincerely Yours

Joe Rossi

===================================

Failure of the Advertiser and Messenger Press to protect our democracy by not printing views of the little man and little candidates.

Crime thrives when good people stay quite.
Procrastination is no road to success.
United we stand . Divided we fall.

Democracy falls when Court decision become secrete.
Courts are the protection between Government Dictatorship
and the Civilians.
When Courts side with the Government, Democracy Ends.

The media independence and freedom is the freedom of the civilians. Government control of the media is government control of its citizens.

Name and shame is the only non-violent control of morally
and bad behaviour of humans.

Make our regional candidates and voters voice be heard.
Leaders and Ministers have 365 days, 24 hour exposure for 1460 days between elections. Give the rest of us at least 4 days exposure.

We candidates in safe major party seats are like a seed that if  allowed to germinate, may be the future leaders in a real democratic world.

In 1984 Joe Rossi set up the .
"Australian Majority Wishes Political Party Inc."
Dated 23/11/1984 of the then News Newspaper, Pages 72 to 74 inclusive.

Some of the Items mentioned then were, to mention a few:
(1) Government Financial crises.*2) Fixed date for elections. (3) Better standard of education in the 3R's (4) Deterioration in political representation of our politicians.

All of which have come to be implemented by the major parties.

What have the candidates of the other major parties contesting marginal seats published in the media or else where.?

In my travels I have jokingly said to people complaining about the government that they got what they voted for.

Some people have taken offence to my implication because how did I know who they voted for when in fact they  told me that they have not voted in the past 3 elections.

My Defence was that if they voted their vote was not right for the right candidates, and if they did not vote then they did not counteract vote count for those that did vote for the wrong candidates. In my view it is very important to vote intelligently for the candidates that you either know their integrity or those people that are rumoured to have had some work, family or long time life experiences. (Crime thrives when good people stay quite)
I strongly believe that candidates who are young and inexperienced are very easily convinced by so called lobby groups to pass laws that are ill conceived, self centred and not for the benefit of the community at large.

The young inexperienced politician is convince by the last person debating a case with them without knowing the history or reality of the facts. An example is the Gambling Poker machine and the Family SA government handling of troubled children.

With experience one does not need to be convinced. One knows the facts and implements laws to make situations better for others in the community.

My Promise as at  09/03/2010.

I,  Joseph Peter Rossi am standing as an Independent Liberal candidate for the seat of Lee.

I am asking for your support to provide you an Independent, new approach to local representation and what happens in the community is important and needs to be taken seriously.

Under Labor Governments we are neglected.

Under Labor Governments, Open space for our children sports is being sold.

The Labor Government responds to local concerns with threats of defamation suits instead of taking the time to listen to why people are so upset.

Certainly the current Labor member has failed us.

As a Independent experienced Politician I spoke out about your concerns during 1993 to 1997 when I last represented you.

I make one promise which is not hard to keep. I will keep representing the people of Lee first and foremost.

I will also intend to keep you informed of any laws that may deteriorate the freedom of democracy.

Your voice should count. Your vote must count.

My promise is simple. Repeat publicly what you want me to say.
Vote publicly the way you want me to.

Why You should Change Your Vote?
Politicians Were better before the 1960's
Do not vote for Michael D. Rann
=============================

Premier Rann, Treasurer Foley, Attorney General Atkinson, and Minister Conlon are the four worst arrogant Minister the South Australian Parliament has.

These are the same people that the media report as the best performer.

The media seem to forget that the bullies in Parliament can also be the bullies in the electorate. As the old saying manners start at home, so true and so it applies in the chambers of parliamentary democracy.

Contempt for the opposition is contempt for the voters.

Rann and company have refused to have a transparent Budget, transparent legislation and in my opinion have used blackmail towards the opposition.

Quote "if there is to be a Royal Commission into Labor behaviour so too should there be into the Liberals."

We in South Australia and in Australia in general can not allow these type of persons to remain in Parliament.

===================================

 (1)    Politicians used to be:

i.      Living in local area.

ii.    Local Business men and women.
Farmers, lawyers, Medical doctors, sometimes uneducated, but successful economic survivors

iii.  Local Union representatives.

v.   Well known to local voters as family persons, neighbours, and if they had integrity.

vi.    Stood for election after having experienced life and knowing what needed to be changed.

vii.    Stood for election at the age of 40 onwards..

(2)    Politicians used to fight for:

i.      Local issues..

ii.   Issues they personally experienced that needed change for their own interests or that of the community.

iii.  Independent Local thinking.

(3)    Politicians used to fund:

i.      There own campaigns.

ii.    Have local people issue "How to vote cards"

iii.  Have Local people donate time and money for their own issues.

v.   The funding donors and helpers were well know to the community.

(4)    Politicians since the 1960's are:

                   i.      Bought at the time of Party pre-selection, because they
are obliged to comply with the political ''party machine''.

ii.    The political Party machine is already bought by the faceless men and women that donate money for political campaigns.

ii.  The Political Party machine is already bought by the faceless men and women of directors of multinational companies that donate money for political champagnes which may not even live in Australia.

v.   The politicians themselves in many cases are (selected and live) outside the area of local community or even out side the local Government Boundaries.

I.e.. Michael Wright lives at Glenelg and the Electorate office is in Cheltenham.

Michael Rann lives in Norwood but represents Salisbury...

vi.    Political candidates in recent times come straight out of university
education at about the age of 25
and work for existing politicians.

vii.    The political candidates in recent times come straight out of
existing politicians offices at about the age of 35.

They have had no real accounting, business, real  self independent
         work or family upbringing  experiences.

Which reminds me when I was 18 telling my father he was from
the old times, father had 10 years less education than me.
So, therefore, I knew more and could invent new things.

Only to find out at the age of 38, that I was only trying to reinvent t
        he wheel.

ix.  The Present political candidates therefore have had no real work
     experience.

x.   The present political candidates have not had any great value added
successful enterprises to judge themselves or the voter to judge them.

xi.     The present political candidates only choose they made for
        themselves are:

            (a) Find a marriage partner. For which in most cases they have
            failed and have undergone separation.

            (b) Bought a family home. For which in most cases they have
not completed paying it freehold before they enter parliament.

xii.       The present political candidates only experiences they have
          about politics are:

            (a) Have dirt on potential opposition candidates.

            (b) Having gained media favours from journalists.

            (c) Having built the art of media doctoring, (twisting the truth)

            (d) Flirting with members of the opposite sex and employees at that.
            (I am quoting Premier Rann)

Analysing and quoting President Clinton " I did not have sex "
with his office girl. Technically he was right.

Having Sex in my view is an act to repopulate
            (reproduce) the species.

Anything else is foreplay, flirting etcetera.

xiii.       The present political candidates have not had to work towards :

            (a) gaining respect from local electors.

            (b) gaining respect from extend family members.

            (c) gaining respect from their own marriage partners.

(d) gaining respect from their own children

  (e) gaining respect from their own business acquaintances.

xiv.       Finally.

     (a) Voting for political team players does give variety views in Parliamentary debates and Law implementations.

May not give you all what you want if any of what you want.

Do not blame the politicians or the media for your
            unhappiness about being represented.

             (b) If you believe in team players . Then your candidate
is doing  just that. He / She may as  well not be in
             parliament.

We may as  well vote for the 13 Ministers only and save
the rest of the wages for hospitals and education.

             (c) If you only listen to the media and vote according to
what you  are told by your political leader.

Then do not expect any more than that from your local
             political representative.

(Birds of a feather fly together) Meaning: you select
persons  like your self, (You follow, they follow.).

            (d) Voting the way you wish does make a difference in
the way our leaders treat us.

We are either follow them like sheep or we stand up
         for our rights.

If you Bar like a sheep. Walk slowly like a sheep.
            You follow like a sheep.

Then be ready to be slaughtered like a sheep.

            (e) Voting for independents does slow down the contempt
             from the major parties.

            (f) Voting for independent thinkers does give variety views in
            Parliamentary debates and Law implementations.

            (g) Voting for independent thinkers may not give you all what
you want. But will give you some of what you want.

There was a well-known moderate/liberal Lutheran minister, Martin Niemoller. He published a very famous statement in 1946:

"First they came for the communists, and I did not speak out because I was not a communist.

Then they came for the socialists, and I did not speak out because I was not a socialist.

Then they came for the trade unionists, and I did not speak out because I was not a trade unionist.

Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out because I was not a Jew.

Then they came for me and there was no one left to speak."

¡¡ Some more versions exist of this famous poem, but that was the one that Niemoller himself favoured.

THE HANGMAN

By Maurice Ogden

Into our town the hangman came,
smelling of gold and blood and flame.
He paced our bricks with a different air,
and built his frame on the courthouse square.

The scaffold stood by the courthouse side,
only as wide as the door was wide
with a frame as tall, or a little more,
than the capping sill of the courthouse door.

And we wondered whenever we had the time,
Who the criminal? What the crime?
The hangman judged with the yellow twist
of knotted hemp in his busy fist.

And innocent though we were with dread,
we passed those eyes of buckshot lead.
Till one cried, "Hangman, who is he,
for whom you raised the gallows-tree?"

Then a twinkle grew in his buckshot eye
and he gave a riddle instead of reply.
"He who serves me best," said he

"Shall earn the rope on the gallows-tree."

And he stepped down and laid his hand
on a man who came from another land.
And we breathed again, for another's grief
at the hangman's hand, was our relief.

And the gallows frame on the courthouse lawn
by tomorrow's sun would be struck and gone.
So we gave him way and no one spoke
out of respect for his hangman's cloak.

The next day's sun looked mildly down
               on roof and street in our quiet town;
and stark and black in the morning air
the gallows-tree on the courthouse square.

And the hangman stood at his usual stand
with the yellow hemp in his busy hand.
With his buckshot eye and his jaw like a pike,
and his air so knowing and business-like.

And we cried, "Hangman, have you not done,
               yesterday with the alien one?"
Then we fell silent and stood amazed.
"Oh, not for him was the gallows raised."

He laughed a laugh as he looked at us,
"Do you think I've gone to all this fuss,
To hang one man? That's the thing I do.
To stretch the rope when the rope is new."

Above our silence a voice cried "Shame!"
               and into our midst the hangman came;
to that mans place, "Do you hold," said he,
"With him that was meat for the gallows-tree?"

He laid his hand on that one's arm
and we shrank back in quick alarm.
We gave him way, and no one spoke,
out of fear of the hangman's cloak.

That night we saw with dread surprise
the hangman's scaffold had grown in size.
Fed by the blood beneath the chute,
               the gallows-tree had taken root.

Now as wide, or a little more
than the steps that led to the courthouse door.
As tall as the writing, or nearly as tall,
half way up on the courthouse wall.

The third he took, we had all heard tell,
               was a usurer..., an infidel.
And "What" said the hangman, "Have you to do
with the gallows-bound..., and he a Jew?"

And we cried out, "Is this one he
who has served you well and faithfully?"
The hangman smiled, "It's a clever scheme
to try the strength of the gallows beam."

The fourth man's dark accusing song
had scratched our comfort hard and long.
"And what concern," he gave us back,
"Have you ... for  the doomed and black?"

The fifth, the sixth, and we cried again,
"Hangman, hangman, is this the man?"
"It's a trick", said he, "that we hangman know
for easing the trap when the trap springs slow."

And so we ceased and asked now more
as the hangman tallied his bloody score.
And sun by sun, and night by night
the gallows grew to monstrous height.

The wings of the scaffold opened wide
until they covered the square from side to side.
And the monster cross beam looking down,
cast its shadow across the town.

Then through the town the hangman came
and called through the empty streets...my name.
I looked at the gallows soaring tall
and thought ... there's no one left at all

for hanging ...  and so he called to me
to help take down the gallows-tree.
And I went out with right good hope
to the hangman's tree and the hangman's rope.

He smiled at me as I came down
to the courthouse square...through the silent town.
Supple and stretched in his busy hand,
was the yellow twist of hempen strand.

He whistled his tune as he tried the trap
and it sprang down with a ready snap.
Then with a smile of awful command,
He laid his hand upon my hand.

"You tricked me Hangman." I shouted then,
"That your scaffold was built for other men,
and I'm no henchman of yours." I cried.
"You lied to me Hangman, foully lied."

Then a twinkle grew in his buckshot eye,
"Lied to you...tricked you?" He said "Not I...
for I answered straight and told you true.
The scaffold was raised for none but you."

"For who has served more faithfully?
With your coward's hope." said He,
"And where are the others that might have stood
side by your side, in the common good?"

               "Dead!" I answered, and amiably
               "Murdered," the Hangman corrected me.
"First the alien ...  then the Jew.
I did no more than you let me do."

Beneath the beam that blocked the sky
none before stood so alone as I.
The Hangman then strapped me...with no voice there
to cry "Stay!" ... for me in the empty square.

THE BOTTOM LINE: "...I did no more than you let me do."

Dear Joe

The Gypsy Jokers Motorcycle Gang offered you their endorsement to run against me in the State District of Croydon.  You thought about accepting it and then you refused.  Why ?

If Freedom Australia is full of Bikies and represent bikies who then represent crime, drugs and violence. Then Rann Labor have had members of the FAMILY and the building site gate crushes of the BLF and Rann helped destroy the Pink  police Files under Police  Commissioner Harold Salisbury

Or does Premier Mike Rann dislike competition from the bikies?

The what do politicians represent? The following.

The benevolent dictator is a more modern version of the classical “enlightened despot”, being an absolute ruler who exercises his or her political power for the benefit of the people rather than exclusively for his or her own benefit. Like many political classifications, this term suffers from its inherent subjectivity. Such leaders as Napoleon Bonaparte, Anwar Sadat, Alfredo Stroessner, Kenneth Kaunda, Józef Piłsudski, Ion Antonescu, Miklós Horthy, Deng Xiaoping, Omar Torrijos, Park Chung-hee and Sukarno have been characterized by their supporters as benevolent dictators. In Spanish, the word dictablanda is sometimes used for a dictatorship conserving some of the liberties and mechanisms of democracy. (The pun is that, in Spanish, dictadura is “dictatorship”, dura is “hard” and blanda is “soft”). Some examples includes Yugoslavia under Josip Broz Tito or Spain under Francisco Franco. This contrasts with democradura (literally “hard democracy”), characterized by full formal democracy alongside limitations on constitutional freedoms and human rights abuses, frequently within the context of a civil conflict or the existence of an insurgency. Governments in Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Cuba, Ecuador, Eritrea, El Salvador, Guatemala, Haiti, Mexico, Peru and Venezuela have at various times been considered régimes by different critics and opposition groups, not necessarily with an academic or political consensus about the application of the term emerging.
