works. (Is it because he has to take his shoes off to count or is it to recover
from his fits of depressions).

The
Treasurer’s regards the tree house he was building, I doubt if he completed it
by the way he is a scrooge and always says there are no state funds to improve
hospital services. I also doubt if Foley had the physical education and
knowledge to erect a tree house.” If I could save a few bob by rebuilding do

My understanding is that
Foley achieved only year 12 at west lakes High school which closed.
From my attendance at all
Public Hospital in Adelaide, I consider the Flinders’ Hospital air conditioning
runs on hot, poor ventilation and ward sizes are claustrophobic. There is more
upgrading at Flinders than RAH or QEH.
The building of new
townhouses of the 2008 in Foley’s electorate and under Foley’s supervision
without windows are much worse than the RAH Hospital and worse than rabbit
warrens.
By building a new hospital,
Treasurer Foley delegates responsibility to others and does not have to think.
If Foley budget blow out of
the past and construction guidance is any assessment, the new hospital will
definitely be “a rabbit warren”

Gambling addiction is like
smoking addiction.
If one begins wining
relatively high money, one becomes to like that feeling. One wants to win more
and then is hooked. Then luck runs out and one begins to lose and wants to
recoup that lose by puts more money in the bottomless pit machines.
The cost to society is no
different to smoking. Family break downs, stress and shame leads to health
problems for the victim and the whole extended family members.
Yet the politicians do
nothing because of the revenue coming in while the politicians forget about the
revenue going out on police chasing employer and business thefts, domestic
violence and sometimes suicides.
There is a solution to
gambling. That is no coin operating machines but credit card activation and
limits. There is then an easy trace of where the money is going and how much.

Pug Holes of Adelaide and Land swap of the
Woodville Saint Clair Recreation Park.
By the 1960s, the traditional clay sources in the western
suburbs were nearing exhaustion. This combined with the pressure from urban
development and the preference for lighter colored bricks, forced producers to
develop new plants on clay deposits at Golden Grove. The last plughole closed in
the late 1970s and most were subsequently filled with building and industrial
waste and used for sporting activities or light industries. More recently, urban
renewal projects have seen some contaminated sites excavated and refilled for
housing. All that remains of a once significant brick manufacturing industry is
the Hoffmann kiln in the Brickworks complex and four small kilns at Beverley. It
is hoped that these kilns can be used to tell the story of the district’s first
manufacturing industry.
The Charles Sturt Council has given warnings (thirty years latter) to residence in Beverley, and
Woodville South, not to use water from back yard bores to drink, or water
vegetables because of poisons absorbed from contaminated land in the region of
the old plug holes off Toogood Avenue Beverley. (Filled in during the 1965 to
1970 years). The land in the area of West Lakes Shore is reported to
have asbestos contaminated land in the back yards of residences. The land behind
the Actil site at Woodville next to the Cheltenham race Course is also
contaminated . The Labor party was in government when all the above land Pug
Holes, West lakes Shore and Actil sites were redeveloped. Now in the next few
years the same Labor government with the same arrogant mentality wants to
redevelop the Adelaide railway yards for a new hospital again on contaminated
land.
Unless it is contaminated the Labor government does not want to redevelop the
land. I would put the new Adelaide hospital at the Governors residence and the
University Army land on King William St. The best and accessible site and
closest site to the Adelaide university facilities.. At the Labor proposed
Railway yards I would put under concrete with a multistory car park.
Mr. Atkinson. If builders are required to have trust accounts for clients, if
Accountants and lawyers are required to have trust accounts for clients. If
trust accounts are only to be used to pay for goods and services spent on that
particular client only. If the trust account is used to pay for other than the
referred clients then a crime is committed and jail is a possibility.
Why then can the government Labor Ministers use the river Murray tax, the
open space tax and the like as general revenue and you consider it not morally a
criminal act of misappropriation. General revenue tax should be used to top up
shortfall of specific tax ventures . Not the other way round. (Comprede!) or
(Understand) The Defence you may have is in layman's terms. I make the
law. I can break the law. .Conversely The Boss can do no wrong.
Yet at the current time Ministers like Mr. Micheal Atkinson still have not
changed the mentality of "redevelop now worry about contamination latter." This is
incompetency at best and arrogance at worst. Minister Atkinson must go. Mr.
Micheal Atkinson
expiry date has arrived. Time for a change in voting pattern by the electorate of Croydon.
Vote Independent to slow down the 2 major party politician's abuse of power.

The benevolent dictator is a more modern version of the classical “enlightened despot”, being an absolute ruler who exercises his or her political power for the benefit of the people rather than exclusively for his or her own benefit. This contrasts with democradura (literally “hard democracy”), characterized by full formal democracy alongside limitations on constitutional freedoms and human rights abuses, frequently within the context of a civil conflict or the existence of an insurgency. Governments in Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Cuba, Ecuador, Eritrea, El Salvador, Guatemala, Haiti, Mexico, Peru and Venezuela have at various times been considered régimes by different critics and opposition groups, not necessarily with an academic or political consensus about the application of the term emerging.
